Photo Credit

The credit (michael hughes) must always be printed alongside the picture.

Storage

The purchase of pictures is for single use only and for use in one publication only. The images may not be stored in any way after being used and published. After using the pictures for the purpose for which they were ordered, they must be deleted.

Assignments

For special assignments carried out for clients by the photographer and transmitted directly or downloaded from www.hughes-photography.eu, the client will be able to download all the necessary pictures needed for layout and publication. Pictures from assignments are for one time use.

Photo Manipulation

Pictures downloaded or delivered by the photographer may not be manipulated without permission, except for cropping, color, noise and brightness.

Liability

The photographer is not liable for any damages of any kind from using www.hughes-photography.eu or pictures supplied via this website. The photographer is not liable for breach of any rights held by persons or objects depicted in the photographic material. The client who uses the material is responsible for acquiring the rights to use the photographs.
